the great mexico plan. 17th oct - 18 dec

we had such a good time earlier in the year in mexico,
that we have decided to come again.
and not only that, we will stay for 2 months in a house on the coast near puerto vallarta. working on music for a new record, and possibly also recording it.

we want to play all over mexico, and any serious promoters should contact us.
merida, mexicali, playa del carmen, leon. we want to play there! in additon to play again in monterrey, guadalajara, puebla and df. one or two or three shows every weekend until we have seen ALL of mexico:-)
what a great plan.

we also work on some californian dates , but it depends a bit on the cost of the work-permits. we would love to come, but we dont want to end up paying for it.

we will also need help with getting amps and studio equipment for our pacific studio. we are happy to rent stuff as long as its quality, and we get a good price. fender blueface guitaramp, fender rhodes piano, ampeg bass amp, mixingconsole.

first day @ school.

no familiar faces on french class.

then i got my espresso shot.

spent one hour @ the digital library checking blackboard and feeds. had to shut down
like 5 times the ie...but hey, at least the copy/paste feature is back :] really, how dare them to block it?

saw alex and juan. finally some classes with people i know. felt nice.

then made some quiz about intertextuality among everything i guess...donkeys, elefants, new guinea, rumania, quito... big group. more than 100 students. heard shitty things about the professor but seemed cool to me. let's see how it goes.

i have a bulgarian teacher. she's really nice. she thought we chose her class..then we told her it wasn't optional. she's a PhD.

university...sounds weird. feels like high school minus friends/familiar faces.

after school i went to my aunt's house and it started raining.

i thought it was a good idea to walk. when i got there my mom asked me what was i thinking...i made like an hour...i said i thought it wasn't that far away; i mean, it's like 10 minutes in car.

and now i feel like shit.

that'll teach me.

anyways.
surprisingly, i liked my first college day.

Thomas Listen. Listen. There are times when life calls out for a change. A transition. Like the seasons. Our spring was wonderful, but summer is over now and we missed out on autumn. And now all of a sudden, it's cold, so cold that everything is freezing over. Our love fell asleep, and the snow took it by surprise. But if you fall asleep in the snow, you don't feel death coming. Take care.
